PatioThe room was spacious and very comfortable, featuring a huge bed and lovely extra touches like a glass of fizz on arrival. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Canal Street with a balcony overlooking the street. Staff provided great customer service, including friendly reception and an upgraded room. Continental breakfast was delivered to the room at the chosen time. The restaurant was closed during the stay.
