The location was excellent, just minutes from Victoria Station and convenient for transport, shopping, and nightlife. The hotel was very clean and well equipped with spacious rooms featuring proper mugs. Staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was consistently excellent. Comfortable beds contributed to a pleasant experience.
