Perfect location for Co-op Live and Etihad Stadium, less than a 5-minute walk away. The flat was spacious, well maintained, with two bathrooms and a balcony that had lovely views of the canal where geese and birds were visible. Secure parking was available. Trams ran regularly from just five minutes away to the city centre. The proprietor was friendly and reliable with messaging and instructions for apartment entry.
