Bright and airy flat was located above the golf pro shop with good parking just outside the front door. The apartment was modern, clean, well equipped, spacious with a large kitchen and had great views of the golf course. Bus routes 41 and 43 were straight outside the gates running every 10 minutes, with a 20-minute walk to Burton Road for cafes and restaurants, a 15-20 minute walk to Didsbury town center, and a 45-minute bus ride to Manchester city centre. Wi-Fi connection was poor with frequent signal drops and mobile data reception was weak.
